noun - a person whose job is to arrange something for people, such as help them find/buy/rent a house or arrange their vacation for them

balcony - balkón

noun - a platform built on the upstairs outer wall of a house with a rail around it, you can get there from an upstairs room

noun - the room where you can wash, have a bath or a shower, there is sometimes a toilet, too
