Mohl byste mi prosím někdo projít text a říct mi co tam mám za gramatické chyby a v případně rady jak třeba přechody mezi jednotlivými odstavci doplnit nějakou větou (zaplnit prostor mezi překlikem na jiný slaid, případně jak některé věty lépe a jednodušeji vyjádřit? Předem děkuji za odpovědi.

First of all there is a list of vocabulary.
– (the first one) Mentor – is the person in the company who supports the other employee for example He gives information and experiences for employee
– (the second one) Mentee – is the person who gets practical information from Mentor
– Solution – It is procedure for achieve goals.
– Decisive – It is characteristic of person who is responsible for something.
– (And the last one)Expectations – it is similar like forecast or prognosis
Techniques of Managing People
I tell you something about Techniques of managing people.
There are three techniques of managing People:
– Brainstorming, coaching and mentoring
Brainstorming
On the next slide I give you information about Brianstorming.
You can use brainstorming if you want to get simple solution or ideas of the problem.
Brainstorming is usually done in the group of people.
Each member gives ideas, and of course explains the ideas while other members only listening.
(There are some basic;
Principles of Brainstorming:
– (firstly) Members can´t comment ideas.
– Also The very important thing is Relaxed atmosphere – because the aim is the quality of ideas on the other hand there is problem of your feeling from your result. That why members mustn ´t comment it.
– And Everything has to be record. There is always person for record.
Now you can see some disadvantages of Brianstorming
Disadvantages:
– (first one) Motivation – There is problem with lazy people. Members are losing motivation to work.
– Usually there is problem of Scared of classification from the group.
Coaching
The Second type of techniques is Coaching.
The Business coaching is a type of personal or human resource development.
Principles of Coaching
– There is The coach who;
– provides positive support and feedback.
– Coaching is used for individual person or group of people.
Mentoring
The last type of techniques is Mentoring.
It is The focus of mentoring develops the whole person.
Principles of Mentoring: There are some principles:
– Firstly One people support the others.
– Usually There are mentor and mentee
o Mentor – is the person who supports the other
o Mentee – it he person who gets practical information from Mentor
– Mentor gives information, experiences, advice atc… for employees → and
– Mentee gets new contact, better work and experiences. It is also using for developing company culture.
How to Manage People (in 7 steps)
And finally, I want to say something about How to manage people in 7 steps.
1) Have a clear plan of what needs to be done – you know, Set long and short term goals.
2) Remember that your direct reports are people – They are people with families, feelings, and problems. It is not possible to separate work from home life.
3) Be flexible – you have to be prepared to change directions, change rules, and change resources
4) Be decisive – you have to be responsible for your action
5) Communicate your expectations – you can use it for feedback
6) Focus only on solutions and not on problems – It is similar like be positive and try to find solution of promlem.
7) Keep a good sense of humor – you know, everybody likes humor because we are people not machine
