Na kterou má být zasláno

Ahoj všichni.
Můžete mi prosím zkontrolovat překlad níže uvedené věty? Nejsem si jistý tím obratem do které.

Věta:
Mohl byste mi prosím poskytnout emailovou adresu uživatele XY, na kterou má být nové heslo zasláno?

Můj pokus:
Could you please provide me with an email address of the user XY that a new password should be send to?

Lze to takto použít?
Děkuji Vám.

  1. Your version would be understood.
  2. The indefinite articles “an email address”, “a new password”, are acceptable as they are, after all, “first mentions”, but the definite article “with the email address” or “with XY's email address” ('s = Saxon genitive determiner) sound much more natural, because we want the email address that XY uses for this purpose (even if he has more than one email address), and you are sending the new password (you know what it is). So it's the difference between an email address (nějakou adresu) versus the email address (tu jeho adresu), and a new password (nějaké nové heslo) and the new password (to nové heslo, které bude potřebovat).
  • Could you please provide me with the email address of (the) user XY that the new password should be sent to? (a bit clumsy, because we tend to feel that we send the password to the person, not to the address)
  • Could you please provide me with the email address of user XY to which the new password should be sent? (better).
  • Could you please let me know / give me / provide me with user XY's email address so I/we can send him/her a/the new password? ( :-) The most idiomatic)

Ahoj Dane, díky za vyčerpávající odpověď a možnosti, jak to lze říci jinak vhodněji. Moc mi to pomohlo. Díky, díky díky.
