Write a polite refusal in reply but try to help him with the products.....
Dear Mr.Smith, please can I have another accreditation test? i know taht i failed with 10% again but it wasnt my fault. My firm had a delivery of English jokes at 3am on the night before the test and I was tired and could not revise. Even worse they invoiced us for 500 items but only deliverd 400. What can I do?, your,sincerely Joe Blake.
