Nie som si istý či musím dávať There alebo či ho môžem aj vynechať. Absolutne neviem či mám povedať. There are many people here alebo Many people are here.

ARE THERE = kolik jich na světě je, existuje
bez THERE = kolik jich je na světě (kolik jich tam přišlo). Tedy kolik lidí je na světě, a kolik jich je jinde.

V otázce na svět bych tedy rozhodně použil vazbu s THERE.
