Ahoj, poprosil by som o kontrolu nasledovného textu – mini príbehu. V čís. 9 a 12 som váhal medzi minulým a predminulý časom. Vopred vďaka.
Just after midnight, Julian and Anne, (1) arrived at the haunted house and (2) made sure that no one (3) would notice their absence. The house (4) had been abandoned for several years. Julian (5) took out his torch and (6) pointed it towards the fence. They (7) were looking for the gap which they (8) had prepared a few days earlier.
One day Julian (9) was sitting in a café when he (10) overheard some men (11) talking about hiding “the stuff“ in the haunted house till things (12) quietened down.
Julian and Anne (13) spent the next few evenings at the house (14) waiting patiently for the criminals (15) to come. At last, their efforts (16) were rewarded.
