Odpověď by měla být True, ale osobně vnímám významový rozdíl mezi challenge/problem. Ráda si ovšem nechám vysvětli váš úhel pohledu – potřebuji to pochopit…

The first statement is true. I don't see much difference in meaning here between “challenge” and “problem”. The second statement is clearly false: “Postponing the age of death through healthy ageing combined with appropriate end-of-life policies could lead to major health care savings.” Therefore it's not impossible to reduce the costs.

[Unfortunately there are problems in this text: (1) the clause after the colon (“training for …”) does not contain a verb [it contains two gerunds (verbal nouns): “training” and “developing”] and the sentence is not syntactically valid in this form in English. (2) “Training on old-age care” is an incorrect use of the preposition – see the Ngram. It has to be training in (or for).]

Inu jsem ráda, že se shodneme alespoň na jednom… děkuji

i tak by mě zajímalo, jestli někdo souhlasí s tím, co píše klíč… nebo nějaké další názory obecně.

Challenge je něco pozitivního/za­jímavého, čeho chcete dosáhnout, překonat to.
Problem je něco negativního/ne­žádoucího, něco co způsobuje potíže a raději byste, kdybyste to řešit nemusel.

Problem – A matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome.

Já mezi tím vidím docela velký rozdíl a s tím prvním také nesouhlasím.
