Myslím tím terasu před chatou, kde je stůl, kolem něho židle a květináče s květinami.
V jakých větách je prosím problém?

Asi bych volil: The first sun's rays you can feel/see there in the early morning and …
Přiznám se, že to s tím psaním velkých písmen v nadpisech vidím poprvé, tak si raději počkej na názor někoho dalšího.

Myslím, že to, že Elisa24 píše o terase u domu je celkem jasné. Ani bych neřekl, že je tam mnoho dalších problémů. Vždycky to jde napsat nějak jinak, ale proč?

Děkuji, ještě prosím, podle toho zadání, mám si nadpis vymyslet nebo to má být “My favourite place”?

narazal som na to, ze by sa mozno hodilo napriklad zmienit sa aj o rozmeroch tej danej “terrace” -lebo ja neviem, co si presne predstavujem, ked to citam (velkost balkonu? obrovsku terasu? pre kolko ludi?) Ale mas pravdu, to uz s gramatikou nic spolocne nema. Taketo typy vlakien vacsinou zo zasady nekomentujem, lebo sa od toho neviem odosobnit 

Co sa teda striktne gramatiky tyka, tak

1. Mozno by som miesto “terrace” pouzil ‘patio’? Skus si to najst v slovniku/na google ci je to mozno skor to, co myslis.
2. Prva veta sa mi nepozdava – zjednodusil by som ju, mozno rozdelil na dve vety? Our weekend house is situated near…
3. Druhy paragraf – “I introduce the terrace…” -preco tato volba slov? Povedal by som “..I immediately think of our terrace/patio” a podobne
4. There is a lot of sunshine early in the morning. -urcite nie…

prinajmensom tam chyba from early in the morning… mozno by sa hodilo the terrace benefits from a lot of sunshine from early in the morning alebo the terrace receives sunshine from early in the morning

5. Shade nema clen “a” v tomto pripade.. Asi celu vetu by som prerobil na nieco ako The terrace receives a lot of sunshine from early in the morning, and offers pleasant shade after a hot summer day in the evening.

6. V druhom paragrafe – pred because nie je ciarka

Tolko len cisto z hladiska gramatiky. Je pravda, ze toto pravdepodobne na danu uroven pre dany ucel (domaca uloha?) urcite postaci. Bolo by asi aj nevhodne to prerabat dalej bez toho, aby zjavne bilo do oci, ze autorka to asi sama nepisala. 

I would like to write about a patio in front of our weekend house. It is situated near the town Benešov. I spend lots of time there during the summer holidays.

When somebody asks me about my favourite place I immediately think of our patio because I love sitting there and enjoying the view of a large garden with a lot of flowers and trees.

There is a wooden table on the patio with four chairs and several flowerpots placed around it. There are stairs leading into the wonderful garden. The sun shines there from the morning and there is pleasant shade after a hot summer day in the evening.

I usually have breakfast and dinner with my family there when we are at the weekend house. My grandma, my brother and I often play cards on the terrace and have a great time.

Mockrát děkuji, šla by ta věta takto? Máte pravdu, že bych ji tak jako vy nevymyslela.

Nermůžu si pomoct, ale mě se tady to užití předložky from nezdá být správné, osobně bych upřednostnil since.

Vidím v tom určitý rozdíl, ale můžu se samozřejmě mýlit. Bylo by fajn, kdyby se k tomu vyjádřil ještě někdo povolanější, třeba Marek Vít, nebo Roman Svozílek..

Pardon, to “urcite nie” som myslel na povodnu vetu, ktora bola tiez aj v autorkinej druhej verzii, a sice: There is a lot of sunshine early morning… -coz je zle (chyba tam predlozka/clen pripadne dalsie there)…

@Josef: Odporucam najst si rozdiely medzi from a since ak si myslis, ze “since” by bolo preferovane v tej vete. Len pre zaujimavost, fraza “from early in the morning"sa v Google vyskytuje 361 krat, zatialco fraza "since early in the morning”, iba 22 krat.

These pictures are from the early in the morning. – tymto neviem presne, co si chcel povedat, no znie to velmi unnatural (ked uz nie vyznam, tak prinajmensom to dvojite the)

To první the před early v první příkladové větě se mi tam vloudilo nedopatřením…

Takto tedy asi jo, nicméně, jak to má Elisa24 upravené naposledy, tam mi to from prostě nesedí …

Zajímalo by mě, jak je to v případě této věty s tím since, ale pravdou je, že since jako předložka se užívá většinou s předpřítomným ča­sem.

A já mám stejně otázku. Proč zase nejde from the morning?

Vždyť je to prostě doba od které něco trvá…nebo ne?
